Social skills and competences I have exemplified my social skills by studying abroad with future scientists as well as being a part of an experiment squad. Studying abroad has taught me how to appreciate others differences.

Organisational skills As a laboratory assistant organizational skills are very important. While working there I recorded vital records, temperatures, measurements, etc. In these scientific laboratories there is no room for error.

Technical skills and competences As assistant to the professor I worked with a variety of office equipment, mainly the copier and printer. I also helped to maintain lab equipment such as microscopes and other scientific measuring devices. I made sure these devices where clean and in good order. Ran various diagnostic tests whenever needed.

Computer skills and competences I consider my computer skills to be above average as I have over 5 years experience working with the Microsoft Word Suite. I have worked with a variety of physics software programs and other computer calibration devices.

Artistic skills and competences I have a few years experience with writing and have scored above average in creative writing courses. While in secondary school I was an English tutor during the summer.

Other skills and competences I am very good with numbers and have won a variety of math competitions during my secondary studies. I can read music and have been practicing classical guitar since the age of 10. I have a great attendance record in work, as well as school.
